2. User-Centered Design: Putting People First
The user research for the JustBuy e-commerce app involved a comprehensive approach to understanding user needs and pain points. Over the course of two weeks, we conducted surveys and in-depth interviews with a diverse group of 50 users, focusing on their experiences and expectations.
We also analysed app usage data and customer feedback from app reviews to identify common issues and patterns. This research was complemented by a competitive analysis of leading fashion e-commerce apps, allowing us to benchmark JustBuy's performance and identify best practices.
The insights gained from this research were critical in shaping our understanding of the user experience and guiding the subsequent phases of the project.
